Seth Rubinstein
Seth Rubinstein, Esq., is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Sunright Law. Seth earned his JD from Harvard Law School and his BA in economics and statistics, Phi Beta Kappa, from Swarthmore College. His first job, during middle school summers, was picking corn on a farm in Bucks County, PA. A member of the Pennsylvania Bar, Seth has over a decade of professional experience spanning the real estate and technology sectors.
Seth also owns and operates rental properties in the Harrisburg area. As a property owner himself, he understands what it means to sign an agreement that will shape the future of your property. He brings meticulous review, careful judgment, and effective negotiation to every matter he handles to ensure that landowners and farmers can get the best terms possible without jeopardizing the deal.
Born and raised in Bucks County, PA, he now lives outside Harrisburg, PA with his wife and two young sons.
